Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Audio Visual Maintenance Technician to support Tier 2 video conferencing equipment and provide ongoing VC technical support. You will diagnose and repair in-room AV/VC gear, perform root cause analyses, and assist with retrofits and new builds in client sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Crestron/Extron systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or with teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-motivate and be accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure and related AV/VC hardware.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site technician fixing 99% of room issues and ensuring uptime.
• Serve as primary user-facing point of contact for VC issues.
• De-escalate technical failures and provide client-level support.
• Perform break-fix tasks within SLA targets and maintain records.
