Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to work onsite in Harrison, NY, supporting a wide range of AV needs across the building. You will set up, operate, test, and tear down video, audio, lighting, and presentation equipment for daily meetings, conferences, and board meetings, with real-time support during live events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on AV support experience in corporate/event environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AV systems incl. Crestron devices, wireless microphones, AV cabinet hardware, and conference room technologies.
• Experience supporting live meetings/events with real-time troubleshooting, presenter support, and room setup/teardown.
• Familiarity with Teams, Zoom, Pexip and wireless display solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, test, and tear down video, audio, lighting, and presentation equipment for daily meetings, conferences, and board meetings.
• Provide real-time support during live events and assist presenters with system connections.
• Assist guests with guest Wi‑Fi access and digital display integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues across conference rooms and AV closets; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Manage conference room reservation panels and update digital signage via the TCN platform.
• Document procedures and provide basic training and user guidance to employees and guests.
