AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to deliver world-class customer service at client sites in Nashville, TN. You will work with customers, management, Global Helpdesk and SIG teams to maintain AV systems and ensure uptime.

Responsibilities include setting up conference spaces, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning equipment, documenting work and training clients, troubleshooting audio/video systems, and traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools including soldering & crimping connectors.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and software.
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Set up and breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AV equipment and systems.
• Clean AV equipment (lenses, monitors, fans).
• Document job-site work and train clients on AV technology as needed.
• Install non-complex AV components and provide video/audio recording support where applicable.
• Collaborate professionally with internal/external teams and adhere to safety standards.
• Setup, operate and troubleshoot AV systems; travel to job sites as required.
