Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support, networking, field service, or PC repair.
• Experience with digital projection and AV systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly, including international trips, to customer sites and Christie facilities.
• Diagnose and repair on-site or remotely to restore system operation.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with transit and testing in mind.
• Provide product and technical system training to customers.
• Maintain safety and KPI compliance and document activities.
