You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive optimization projects with engineers. The ideal candidate holds a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering, has deep PLC/automation experience (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), and a track record of safety, budgeting, and

Qualifications

5+ years engineering, maintenance, or related operations experience.
Experience leading engineering and maintenance teams in manufacturing or distribution.
Experience with controls systems and controls integration (AB, Rockwell).
Experience with manufacturing/distribution improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).

Responsibilities

Oversee facility management and maintenance operations and KPIs.
Lead maintenance staff and drive professional growth.
Lead engineering projects and co-develop automation strategies with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Act as automation subject matter expert on project teams.
Develop and enforce processes, policies and procedures for the engineering function.
Ensure code/configurations meet specifications and validation requirements.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
