Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. This role includes on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and occasional travel. Training of new engineers and participation in staging/integration may occur.

Travel required with flexible on-call duties; candidate must work independently with minimal supervision and uphold SLAs for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Prior ATM field service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel nationally and work extended hours.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements per customer contract.
• Occasional travel with short notice; on-call duties.
