Job summary

Concentra seeks an experienced Athletic Trainer-Onsite (AT-O) for a full-time, on-site role at a client site in Findlay, OH. You will promote health, manage injuries, and support return-to-work and injury prevention programs.

The position follows a rotating early-morning schedule and offers an hourly pay range of $32.59–$34.19 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will collaborate with safety leaders to maintain a healthy workforce and deliver high-quality patient care daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Current Athletic Trainer certification and state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year athletic training or occupational health experience.
• Ability to work onsite at client site with rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and evaluate injuries per standing orders.
• Refer injured workers to appropriate clinicians for care.
• Respond to on-site medical emergencies.
• Assist with Workers' Compensation case coordination.
• Support return-to-work planning with HR and management.
