Job summary

Concentra is now hiring an Athletic Trainer for an onsite PRN role in Findlay, OH. The position provides healthcare support at the on-site clinic for the client site, with a scheduled set of early morning shifts.

The role focuses on injury prevention, patient care, and coordination with the client’s Health and Safety Leader to promote a safer workforce. Prior AT experience and relevant certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable.
• Customarily has at least 1 year of Athletic Trainer experience.
• Knowledge of kinesiology or ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and evaluate injuries per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injuries to appropriate clinicians.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per protocol.
• Assist in Workers' Compensation case management.
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work actions.
• Track musculoskeletal disorder statistics and outcomes.
