Job summary

Concentra in Cleveland, TN is seeking a PRN Athletic Trainer to support a client site with employee health, wellness, and safety. The AT-O collaborates with the Health and Safety Leader to promote a healthier workforce and manage injury care and return-to-work processes.

Responsibilities include assessing injuries, coordinating with clinicians, managing workers' compensation cases, and delivering ergonomic training and prevention programs to reduce risk and costs.

Qualifications

• First aid and CPR/AED certification required.
• State-specific license/credentialing may apply.
• Experience in onsite occupational medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and assess injuries per standing orders.
• Refer injured associates to clinicians for care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies.
• Support workers' compensation cases and RTW processes.
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work planning.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
