Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced Athletic Trainer-Onsite (AT-O) for a full-time onsite position at our client site in Charlotte, NC. The AT-O will promote health and wellbeing, manage workers’ compensation, provide emergency response services, and support return-to-work activities.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, current First Aid/CPR, and at least 1 year of AT experience in an onsite setting. Schedule: Sun-Tue 4AM-2PM, Wed 5AM-3PM; salary is around $68K (negotiable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses per standing orders.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to the appropriate clinicians.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases through claim capture and follow-up.
• Collaborate with HR on return to work (RTW) job placement and rehab programs.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Maintain and analyze patient care records and reports.
