Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced Athletic Trainer onsite for a part-time role at our clinic located in Tulsa, OK. Schedule is Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with a pay range of $36-$38 per hour.

The AT-O will support workers’ compensation case coordination, injury management, health promotion, and return-to-work programs. Collaboration with the client’s Health and Safety Leader is essential to maintain a safe workforce and high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of athletic trainer experience or equivalent.
• Experience in onsite occupational medicine is preferred.
• Knowledge of kinesiology or ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid for injuries per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injured associates to clinicians for best care.
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work (RTW) planning and case management.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Create and monitor pre-employment functional testing and job analyses.
• Maintain patient care records and write clinical reports.
