Job summary

Onsite Innovations is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer for a PRN role at our client’s site in Muscatine, IA. This position offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety.

The AT-Onsite will promote health, manage injury prevention and return-to-work programs, and collaborate with the client’s Health and Safety Leader to support a safer workforce while ensuring compliance and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent
• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable
• 1 year of Onsite Athletic Trainer experience
• Active licensure in athletic training and maintenance of credentials

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid for injuries and illnesses per standing orders
• Identify and refer injured associates to clinicians
• Support on-site medical emergencies and workers' compensation processes
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training
• Create pre-shift activity programs and contribute to return-to-work plans
• Develop and maintain patient care records and reports
