Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is hiring an experienced Full-Time Onsite Athletic Trainer (ATC) for an onsite clinic in Muscatine, IA. The role emphasizes occupational medicine, injury prevention, and return-to-work coordination within a client site setting.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1PM-11PM. Salary starts at $68,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will work with the client’s Health and Safety leaders to promote safety, wellness, and efficient care for injured workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training from an accredited program.
• Current NATA Board Certification (BOC) Athletic Trainer.
• Active and current license to practice in the applicable state.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and on-site care per orders and assess injuries.
• Identify and refer injuries to appropriate clinicians for optimal care.
• Manage Workers' Compensation tasks and coordination of return-to-work.
• Collaborate with client HR and safety to support RTW and injury prevention.
• Coordinate ergonomic training, program delivery, and outcome measurement.
