Job summary

Onsite Innovations is seeking a PRN Industrial Athletic Trainer to serve at the client site in Easton, PA. The AT-O will promote employee health, manage work-related injuries, coordinate return-to-work, and collaborate with HR on safety and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities include on-site injury care, case coordination, ergonomic training, and reporting rehab outcomes. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and assess injuries per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injured workers to clinicians.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per action plans.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases and follow-up.
• Collaborate on return to work placement with HR.
• Create ergonomic training and evaluation and track MSD statistics.
• Administer drug and alcohol testing.
• Promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
