Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a California-based Senior Field Engineer to lead multi-project bridge and roadway work onsite with client teams. You will supervise field inspections, QA/QC, and contract administration, ensuring conformance with plans and specs while coordinating with contractors, public agencies, and consultants.

Preferred credentials include a PE licensure, EIT, eight years of roadway construction inspection, and experience with Caltrans standards and federally funded projects.

Qualifications

• California Licensed Professional Engineer or EIT with field experience.
• Eight years of roadway/highway construction inspection and field engineering.
• Experience on Caltrans-administered or federally funded highway projects.
• Three years in structural mechanics or bridge construction inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex bridge and roadway improvement projects.
• Support Resident Engineer with field oversight, QA/QC & contract admin.
• Perform and oversee daily inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Verify contractor work against plans, specs, and provisions.
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, public agencies and consultants.
• Review submittals, RFIs, progress schedules and project docs.
