Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support transmission line, substation, and communications construction projects across multiple states. The role focuses on cost management, schedule adherence, and stakeholder relations, with 80% office and 20% on-site duties.

Applicants should have a Bachelors in engineering or related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel as needed. A PMP is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must desire to gain detailed knowledge in substations, networks/telecommunications, or transmission lines.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with cost management and ensuring projects meet timelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with Owner, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop outage requests and sequenced work plans with SMEs and client partners.
• Coordinate procurement and invoicing activities with Engineering and procurement teams.
• Report progress and financial forecasts to Project Manager and client.
