Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Reading, PA for a 12-month contract to hire. The role supports transmission line, substation, and telecom projects across the region, with onsite work and a $47.00-$49.00/hour pay rate (USD) and a $150/day per diem.

The Assistant PM will support Senior PMs with cost control, schedule tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
2-5 years in construction project management preferred.
Experience with cost and schedule management is preferred.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage 10-20 projects from inception to completion.
Develop work plans with Engineering & Client Stakeholders.
Develop outage requests and sequenced work plans with SMEs & Client contractors.
Coordinate material procurement with Engineering.
Facilitate Pre-Construction and progress meetings.
Maintain project budgets and financial forecasts.
