Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Bluebeam, Kahua and Procore experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement project goals with project team and executives to ensure achievability.
• Oversee project controls and assist to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage all project administration, including the project management system.
• Participate in meetings and client presentations, documenting decisions and action items to communicate timelines and deliverables.
• Support project management from construction through closeout with internal and external teams.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, meeting agendas & minutes, sign‑in sheets, inspection logs, and close‑out procedures.
• Assist with monthly reports and general project support.
• Help field managers with daily reports, photos, inspections, and punch lists.
• Develop strong client relationships to enable repeat business and long-term partnerships.
