Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Management.
• Relatable experience or training (5–15 years).
• Onsite at client sites and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams through the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion.
• Assist with planning and analysis of preconstruction activities and conceptual design.
• Coordinate development of construction drawings and bid documents.
• Provide contract administration support to project management staff.
• Monitor conformance to plans, specs, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules for on-time completion.
• Monitor field construction activity to ensure progress.
• Track project costs and budgets.
• Create and update weekly/monthly reports on planning, design, and construction.
