Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks professionals to drive major capital projects from planning through construction, delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure. You will coordinate design development, bid documentation, and contract administration while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes onsite client engagement, collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, and strong communication to ensure project success in healthcare or mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Management.
• 5–15 years of relatable experience or training.
• Experience working with healthcare or mission-driven clients.
• Self-starter with reliability and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
• Learning-oriented mindset with adaptability and broad knowledge of project controls, management, construction documentation, and sequencing.
• Creative and advanced problem-solving skills with ability to apply prior experience to new projects.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
• Some proficiency in BlueBeam, AutoCAD, eBuilder, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion.
• Assist with planning and analysis of preconstruction activities and conceptual design issues.
• Coordinate and assist in the development of construction drawings and bid documents.
• Provide contract administration support to project management staff.
• Monitor conformance to plans, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery by design and construction teams.
• Monitor field construction activity and track project costs and budgets.
• Create and update weekly and monthly reports on planning, design, and construction activities.
• Onsite at client site to enable delivery and nurture client relationships.
