Job summary

Three77 Park, Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an organized Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a luxury multifamily community. You will handle resident accounts, leasing administration, and daily office operations to ensure a strong resident experience.

You will contribute to collections, reporting, and compliance while stepping in for the Property Manager as needed. This role offers full-time hours and a path toward property leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Experience with rent collections and delinquency management.
• Familiarity with OneSite, Yardi or Entrata preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations of the community.
• Collect, post, and process rent, fees, deposits, and other payments.
• Monitor resident balances and manage delinquency and collections.
• Prepare notices and support lease-enforcement processes.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly reporting and move-in/move-out documentation.
