• Coordinate marketing and ensure units are market-ready.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely repairs.
• Verify move-in packets follow company standards.
• Coordinate move-in dates.
• Stay updated on market conditions and competitor properties.
• Assist with resident activities and communications.
• Meet with new residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in renewing expiring leases within specified time.
