RPM Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction. You will handle rent collections, evictions, and maintain strong communication to boost property visibility.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing move-ins, renewals, and maintaining accurate records in the property system. A year of customer service or leasing experience is preferred, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or apartment leasing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with lead-management and rental processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our Lead Management Software.
• Process applications (credit checks and rental history) and support Community Manager approval process.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins, and obtain signatures on lease paperwork.
