Republic Finance in Tampa, FL is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). The role is 100% onsite with a paid training program of 18-24 months to grow into a Branch Manager, with relocation support for promotion.

Starting compensation includes $45,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000; excellent benefits such as health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and other perks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Aufgaben

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and sales plans.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and debt consolidation.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and follow up on payments.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist with closings and insurance claims.
• Support management in achieving sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
