Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Florida for a 100% onsite role. You will undergo an 18-24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted.

You will focus on helping customers meet their financial goals, originate new loan business, educate on lending services, and assist with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to understand needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and how to improve credit or consolidate debt.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis and make credit decisions.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
