Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Manager, AP & EHS to lead a 6-7 person team at the Gastonia, NC distribution center.

The role focuses on safety, security, loss prevention, and compliance across multiple state regulations, with strong emphasis on investigations, training, and incident response. You will partner with DC leadership to drive loss control, inventory accuracy, and safety programs, including hazmat and emergency response, while maintaining strong communication with

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of asset protection experience.
• Retail or distribution center experience preferred.
• Two years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 6-7 person AP/EHS team at the DC.
• Develop loss control strategies to reduce hazards and losses.
• Investigate incidents, shrink, theft and near misses with leadership.
• Ensure OSHA and hazmat compliance, audits and training.
• Present audit findings and loss trends to DC leadership.
