Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Sr. Manager, AP/EHS – Supply Chain to lead safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance across our DC network.

You will guide a team of AP/EHS managers, partner with DC GMs and Supply Chain leaders, and champion a world-class safety culture to protect people and assets. You will drive continuous improvement in safety, inventory integrity, and security while coordinating with Transportation, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Ops to ensure compliant, uninterrupted

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Supply Chain Security.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience conducting workplace incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/EHS strategies across Distribution Centers to promote safety, security, and business continuity.
• Develop, coach, and manage a team of AP/EHS Managers across multiple DCs.
• Drive safety performance improvements through root cause analysis and regulatory programs.
• Analyze safety, security, inventory, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Present findings and action plans to executive leadership.
• Conduct facility audits and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Lead investigations involving incidents, injuries, theft, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate operational risks.
• Oversee training initiatives for DC leadership and staff.
• Support crisis management and disaster recovery planning across Supply Chain.
