You will coordinate with repossession vendors, locate collateral, process orders for loan repossession, negotiate settlements, and maintain detailed records. A2-year experience or associate degree is preferred, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or comparable experience provides a solid foundation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Experience with installment lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor repossessed units and coordinate with vendors.
• Locate collateral, transport assets, and oversee liquidation processes.
• Process orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession and notices.
• Evaluate asset conditions and coordinate refunds for warranties/claims.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in a fast-paced environment.
