We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for an Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the asset needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

You will actively monitor all activities related to repossessed units, processing orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession, and preparing necessary notices for liable parties.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating asset conditions, processing refunds for extended warranties and insurance claims, and coordinating transportation for auction sales. Additionally, you will engage with customers to negotiate settlements on charge-off accounts, providing them with tailored repayment solutions while maintaining detailed records of each communication.
