Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in installment lending preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and monitor repossessed units and coordinate with repossession vendors.
• Process orders for voluntary and involuntary loan repossession and prepare notices for liable parties.
• Evaluate asset conditions and coordinate transportation for auction sales to optimize recoveries.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and maintain detailed records of all communications.
