Qualifications

• Experience in repossession, collections, auto finance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of repossession laws, compliance standards and FDCPA guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management or collections software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end vehicle repossession process in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate with repossession agents, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate timely asset recovery
• Track and update repossession orders, statuses, and documentation in internal systems
• Ensure proper handling of redemption requirements
• Liaise with auction houses and storage facilities for vehicle disposition
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on repossession activity and outcomes
• Resolve disputes and escalated issues related to collateral recovery professionally and promptly
