This mid-level role requires 1–4 years of collections experience, a two-year college degree or equivalent, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of collections experience required.
• Two-year college degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and communicate with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Track outstanding payments, send reminders and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document all interactions to uphold accountability and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize multiple systems to locate and contact customers.
• Stay current on required trainings and compliance in the collections process.
