Job summary

Related Affordable is seeking an Analyst, Asset Manager to support the AM Team in executing the business plan for a portfolio of affordable multifamily assets. This role reports to the Vice President – Asset Management and will work closely with the Portfolio Management Team.

The position is onsite five days a week at the Dallas office. Key responsibilities include budget reporting, site inspections, rent optimization with management, and regular portfolio reviews to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Asset manage a portfolio of approximately 40 assets.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and site inspections with the Portfolio Management Team.
• Assist in rent collection, leasing opportunities, and actions to maximize NOI.
• Attend asset management calls and portfolio meetings; participate in annual budgeting.
• Collaborate with property management to update databases and review operations.
• Travel to properties as needed.
