Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Germantown, WI is seeking a manufacturing assembler to join the Mirrors department. You will assemble mechanical units, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to a standardized process, inspect first piece, package and label products, and move finished goods for shipment.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor, is onsite in Germantown, and requires attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to read blueprints and operate standard

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
• Adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Interprets blueprint specifications for each unit.
• Performs first piece inspection to adhere to quality standards.
• Packages and labels products following standard procedures.
• Maintains inventory and supports department metrics.
• Collaborates with team members and supports other department functions as needed.
