The role requires 1+ years in general assembly or manufacturing, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read blueprints, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet productivity targets and quality

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of general assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assembles mechanical units, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies per standardized process.
• Interprets blueprint specifications for each unit.
• Performs first piece inspection to maintain quality standards.
• Packages and labels products for shipment.
• Maintains inventory and supports department metrics and improvements.
• Collaborates with team members across departments.
