Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a focused assembler for the Franklin, NH facility. You will assemble valves and components, using machinery or fixtures, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on the factory floor.

Qualifications include manual dexterity and the ability to read and follow instructions. The role requires being onsite with second-shift hours, overtime as needed, and compliance with Watts' policies and safety

Qualifications

• Must have manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to meet employment eligibility and pass background checks.
• Prior basic manufacturing or assembly exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble valves and components using assembly machinery or jigs.
• Test, package, and label valves with proper materials.
• Maintain production records and quality control documents.
• Perform repetitive assembly and housekeeping to meet standards.
• Report quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Support supervisor and management with assigned tasks.
