Job summary

Great Northern seeks an Assembly-Fulfillment Project Coordinator to manage fulfillment schedules, coordinate material flow, and ensure production runs smoothly onsite in Minnesota. You will track orders in Excel, support daily shift transitions, and uphold quality standards while liaising with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and work in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fulfillment production schedules in Excel and track progress.
• Lead daily transitions between shifts and communicate production changes.
• Inspect product dimensions and perform quality checks on finished goods.
• Coordinate parts and materials for assembly fulfillment projects.
• Organize work cell layout to improve efficiency using lean principles.
• Support ISO procedures and SOPs with the quality team.
