Nahan in Minnesota seeks a Material Coordinator to monitor manufactured, purchased and raw materials and ensure the right components are in the right place in the required order as dictated by the Production & Operations schedule. You will coordinate deliveries to production locations on time, maintain real-time material tracking, and notify Scheduling of supplier delays to minimize impact on production.

Requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong Excel

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing/production experience required.
• Prior Direct Mail experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure internally manufactured and vendor-supplied materials are delivered to the correct production location, on time, according to the production schedule.
• Prepare and maintain version-level documentation for real-time material tracking, available to others as required
• Communicate supplier delays to Scheduling and assess impact on the production schedule.
• Verify internal run orders align with material availability; coordinate/communicate with Scheduling as required.
• Promptly inform leadership of any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with Outsourcing, Client Services, Scheduling, and Production teams to ensure material readiness.
• Support 6S initiatives, as required.
• Follow all Nahan Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
• Work assigned shifts and overtime as required.
• Perform other tasks requested by Leader.
