Job summary

Great Northern Corporation in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a Weekend Shift Assembly Fulfillment Coordinator to supervise and optimize the assembly/fulfillment line. You will assign tasks, communicate instructions, and ensure safety, quality and on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing personnel and equipment, implementing process improvements, and coordinating material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills including reading a ruler to 1/16 inch.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees employees, machinery, and materials in Fulfillment Department; investigates problems affecting safety, quality, or waste.
• Provides task assignment and instruction to assembly/fulfillment line personnel.
• Works from detailed process and production specifications and ensures compliance with safety rules.
