• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial, wholesale, and retail accounts and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Review AR aging, monitor payment trends, and identify accounts for follow-up.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies including short pays and pricing variances.
• Communicate with business customers about balances, payments, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Billing, and Cash Application teams to support collections.
• Maintain documentation of collection activity and account updates.
