Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) headquarters. This role handles payments, invoicing, and collections, reporting to the Controller and AR Lead.

The position is onsite five days per week, Monday–Friday, 7AM to 4PM, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of AR/collections experience, strong detail orientation, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional office experience.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable or collections experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and apply customer payments (ACH, check, credit card) to open invoices in our EBS system.
• Match payments to remittance information and reconcile deposits.
• Submit invoices via customer portals with accurate details.
• Identify unapplied credits and clear against outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and refunds.
• Communicate delinquent accounts by phone and email regarding balances and status.
• Document customer financial information and collection activities in EBS.
• Assist onboarding of new customers, including portal registrations and tax-exemption data.
• Provide backup coverage for main phone line and assist with AR projects.
