Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. is seeking an AR Collections Supervisor in Franklin, TN. The role is fully onsite and entails supervising a team of Collection Specialists, maintaining cash flow, and ensuring adherence to collection policies.

You will coordinate with the credit department, resolve payment discrepancies, and prepare write-off documentation while supporting AR management with reporting and month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience, preferably in AR.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Collection Specialists and supervise receivables.
• Monitor accounts, ensure cash flow and profitability.
• Resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with credit department on delinquencies.
• Prepare documentation for write-off approvals.
• Lead calls and trainings on collection policies.
