Job summary

Aardvark Studios is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join our accounting team in a fast-paced, on-site role in Montgomery County, PA. You will manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensure accuracy, and maintain vendor records while upholding strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with team members to review invoices, perform reconciliations, and support general accounting activities, driving timely payments and accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AP/AR experience with strong accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to understand GL coding and reconcile bank and credit card activity.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer and vendor records; process invoices and payments.
• Prepare and distribute AR aging reports; monitor past-due receivables.
• Review invoices for accuracy; code to GL accounts and approvals; resolve discrepancies.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations; investigate unknown transactions.
• Support timesheet processing and other accounting needs as they arise.
