Greystar in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will handle work orders, diagnose defects, and repair issues following safety policies and codes.

You’ll complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes, manage inventory, document work, and support cost-saving by using parts when possible.

Qualificações

• Completes assigned work orders and resident requests by diagnosing causes and repairing defects according to safety standards and codes.
• Performs the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting work.
• Follows procedures to access materials and equipment, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisors when re-orders are needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork promptly so service requests are properly tracked.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing them when feasible and using materials efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Attends routine safety meetings and adheres to OSHA and safety-related requirements.
• Periodically inspects work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with scope.
