Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager for the Aster at Lely Resort in Naples, FL. This on-site role leads the maintenance team, oversees resident service requests, and manages preventive maintenance and turns to ensure a great living environment.

We offer competitive compensation with a 15% target bonus and quarterly CSAT bonuses, plus the option to live on-site with an apartment discount. Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in property management.
• 1–3 years leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, staff, preventive maintenance, turns, and service requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while preserving quality and service.
