Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for its San Bernardino property. The role directs apartment operations to meet owner goals, optimize ROI, and provide residents with a quality living environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of Community Manager experience managing at least 100 units, live onsite, English/Spanish bilingual preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States. Background checks and drug screening are required.

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations.
