Anza Management is seeking an onsite Community Manager for apartments to oversee operations across properties. The role will focus on leasing, resident relations, marketing, and delivering excellent customer service while optimizing ROI for owners.

The position is full-time and onsite, requires living on site, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States. Compensation is hourly with benefits including vacation and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager for properties with 100+ units.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must live onsite.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screening will be conducted.

Responsabilidades

• Strong computer skills with property management software (Yardi preferred), Excel, and Word.
• Manage expenditures, maximize income, budgeting, and collections.

Salary Range: $16.90 To $20.00 Hourly

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time onsite Community Manager.

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100
• Required to live onsite
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• B ilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening

Community Manager Responsibilities:

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations.
