Job summary

Anza Management is seeking an onsite Community Manager to oversee operations for the apartment community in San Bernardino, CA. The role emphasizes driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance to optimize ROI for owners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing, marketing, resident relations, and ensuring strong customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards. Must live onsite and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Required to live onsite.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations.
