Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for our apartment portfolio. You will direct operations, optimize ROI for owners, and foster a safe, high-quality living environment for residents while maintaining positive relationships with staff.

Requirements include at least 1 year of community management experience (100+ units), living onsite, eligibility to work in the United States, and willingness to undergo background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units.
• Must live onsite at the property.
• Days/Hours vary by location and weekend availability.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and manage resident relations and customer service.
• Maintain proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Manage financials including expenditures, income, and budgeting tasks.
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Be willing to travel between properties as needed.
