Job summary

Anza Management Co. is hiring an onsite Community Manager for an apartment property in Hemet, CA.

This full-time role requires living onsite and overseeing leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service to maximize ROI and resident satisfaction. You should have at least 1 year of community management experience (100+ units preferred), be eligible to work in the U.S., and be bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
